I think 9front would be cooler if the community wasn't dead autistic about the standard tools like 9 1/2 and Acme editor (while great; too hard to break my habit of JED (emacs-like binds)) or really any innovation outside of what plan9 started

Even stranger is why stuff like Inferno wasnt brought further than it could've been, from what ive gathered but not dug too deep into, its like a modern plan9
