Boy, I sure love asking a question and getting a one word reply with nothing else to explain why I'm wrong. :tiredcat:

@minespatch The fastest way to get a correct answer isn't to ask a question but to post an incorrect answer. People like to feel superior correcting others and will pounce on the opportunity. It's called Godwin's Law.

@Zerglingman All I was asking is "the dragon Midir a knight" and I posted images with Shira's dialogue talking about the dragon.
Just... "No". Yeah, totally helps me understand. 🥴
-
@minespatch See there's your mistake. You should have simply asserted that he is a knight and posted things showing off his knightly virtue.
-
@Zerglingman Okay, that's probably why I couldn't. I see a ton of lore videos be so confident in their theories and fan films that they treat their videos like fact and it drives me crazy. :Topkek:

@minespatch All part of their master plan.

@minespatch
Never trust lore videos. They make a business of making up stuff to milk content.

@Awoo @Zerglingman In my lore videos, I usually ask my father if it makes sense to him as a non-player so I can make my videos accessible for both players and non players.
So I try to make sure everything is mainly in game and not heresay.

@minespatch
Smart way to do it. Also if the lore is based on the fact that the author/writer is some 2000 IQ super genius that can see things in the 12th dimension then there is a fair chance that the lore presented is bullshit.
@Zerglingman

the 12d dimension (for max boob size rendering) 😭 is a secret writing technique
-
@Awoo @Zerglingman I also try to keep my lore vids short since people and myself are too busy. I'm mainly a artist first, so videos take a bit more effort to do since I print out my scripts on paper to read and tweak .
Yeah, with lore, you have to cross reference items and plotlines. It's like being a detective.
