   two days ago i hurt my left arm while carrying some heavy things for my parents, then the next day the parrot bit me and pulled some nerves on my left hand.
   
   part of me wants to go to the gym despite the pain but the rational part is telling me i should rest or i'll hurt myself even more.
   
   i hate it, i cant even play videogames like this i want to get better fast
