Does anyone have a good strategy to turn someone to Linux? :Aru_Laugh:
-
@LoliHat helping him to install it is covered, but first we must insentivate him to install it, trying it in a virtual machine can be a good option, I will try to convince him to try some good distro in a virtual machine.
I have a friend that I want to try to convert to linux but the bastard is hard to convince. :zt_laugh:
he's the type that says "I don't need linux I'm fine with windows" and this is his whole argument XD

@Narbray @LoliHat If this isn't incentive enough then he's retarded. He can stay on windows 10 for a long time probably like people did with 7 but there are limits to that
-
@Narbray Help them install and configure it so they have a working computer they can get used to and try stuff. Alternatively, you can put it on Virtual Box for them so their is no risk of borking their computer when they play around with it.
-
@Narbray @LoliHat They deny everything that gets backlash even iof it's proven, like the beta testers running into file explorer advertisements
-
@Kyonko802 @LoliHat btw, apparently that was denied and window 12 will not be subscription based.
