     What a beautiful structure that just sold at 20c on the dollar
     
     "A 100k SF office building (55 New Montgomery St) recently sold for $15 million which equates to a shockingly low $150 per SF
     
     This is incredible given the building last sold for $64 million, or $641 per SF, in 2018"
