     So you have to make someone infertile by removing their womb to do this if they are still alive. If they are dead then the "donor" would be infertile if they did not donate anyway. I put donor in quotes because the organs might have been stolen not donated

     The recipient can then reject the organ unless they take special drugs

     Drugs that might cause birth defects
