     1. Installing those lights was as a result of some moron's anti-WuFlu brainwave, so not so much 'accidental' as stupid.
     2. They were accidentally installed, but the whole reason they had them at all where they could be confused with different band UV lights was due to 'muh COVID' in the first place.
     >Which is ust like having live ball rounds mixed in with blanks on the set of 'Rust' and likewise run and operated by a retard that barely knows the difference, or is negligent about the safety hazard of just keeping them around without proper warning labels or separation.
     3. Chink company wound up with a surplus after the 'muh pandemic' and either fucked up warehousing or figured it was close enough to what was ordered. Plus distance/exposure time would be required anyway before anyone even noticed, if they ever even made the connection.
     4. Some other bean-counting nonce somewhere along the supply chain, like Amazon seller looking at their stock and started wondering why can't I hold all these limes?
