   Thank you Jesus and thank you to y'all who prayed for my success. I had 10 different evictions today and every single one was successful!
   Most evictions, if you remember last time I explained this, are huge money pits where you cannot get any money from these scumbag nigger tenants; this county is a little bit different and actually allows me to seek a money judgment where the court collects it instead of me. And if the tenant does not pay then it's the government that garnishes their wages and I don't have to deal with it. They just send a check every month to my attorney who processes. Takes his cut, and then sends me the rest. This is not common I think and there's only one or two counties where I operate that. Allow me to do this across eight states and Canada
   One of these tenants owed me over $4,000 just in rent not including late fees and court cost and I was able to collect on that entire amount.

     @RaHoWaJoe I'm not stupid enough to be renting to literal animals and bioweapons
     I've only ever had a few and only because I inherited them when I took over a property
     Every single one got evicted for non-payment of rent & illegal activity no exception
     I can't legally discriminate based on race but not one negro has ever passed any of my background checks
