     Americans are too pussy whipped. In any country that doesn't tranquilize its population with estrogenized tap water and corn syrup this would have happened on mass scale ages ago.

     @mint@ryona.agency Legitimately wonder what's going to happen when they all start dying off. Know so many of them with multiple "investment properties". I have to imagine there's going to be a hefty supply of housing hitting the market. The doomer in me assumes they're all just going to get bought up by banks or real-estate investment groups and that affordability won't change whatsoever.
