Further work on the house:
Pic 1 shows the before. There's about 20 layers of paint on this 115 yr old door. It took me days of using a heat gun to remove it all, get it sanded, cleaned and prepped.
Pic 2 shows the after. Red mahogany stain, water-base polyurethane top coat. Not only the door (there's 9 in total to be done), but the trim and baseboards too.
