   @kenben Well, to be specific, I'm referring to people that do talk, but spend very little time connecting to people here. As a result, there's a greater chance they leave from lack of interest. However, I do find some of them very fun when they are around, so I like to keep them around.

     @Paradox Why do you care about lurkers being around? They offer nothing of value, only parasocial validation.

     I really just don't want the lurkers to forget that some people here actually like them being around, so they don't leave because they think there's no reason to stick around.
