@Yagamaska you have to be good at it. what matters is getting in, if they find out afterwards then it doesn't matter. being honest will just get you rejected. never say you have 0 experience when applying for work
@Meemoo I can only consider this but I'm (autistically) paranoid about any fibbery biting me in the ass. Not like I have zero experience either. Just not through a tech job.
@Yagamaska@Meemoo Bro, the best thing to do is to lie. Always. Motherfuckers rarely check, and even if they do, there are like a hundred other companies willing to suck your dick. :kekw: I add to my salary a whole lot of numbers and most of the times they're willing to pay more.
@Yagamaska@Meemoo Do you have any experience? Make it sound better than it is, no need to be too over the top. How much money do you get? 100$? Well, you tell them you get 150$. You also tell them you have offers of 170$ but depending on how they'd negotiate benefits/remote work/etc, you can take 160$. And yes, you always apply, it doesn't matter if it says "senior" or whatever, you apply again and again. Adding skills you don't have isn't a problem IF you decide to actually get SOME minimal idea of what they're asking for.
For those questions, just don't be psychotic. Where do you see yourself in X years? "Promoted hopefully". What are your strengths and weaknesses? Tell them the truth without sounding psychotic ("I masturbate 24/7 in my basement off-work" isn't a weakness you tell in an interview, not even I am that truthful). The thing is, you just take into consideration your personality and put on your best face with your personality, and there you go, your interview is done. It's entirely possible they'll tell you to fuck off anyway, but because they're looking for someone that fits a team. The team lead interviewing you could see that you're just not a fit personality wise and he's like "eh, next".
Of course, rehearsing isn't a problem. You can easily rehearse. You can also do something even more funny and read on the company and shout back their slogans at them, it works sometimes. :kekw:
@Immahnoob@Meemoo Tempting, but only slightly. The salary option wasn't on every application I did but I never knew what to put in due to not knowing the going rate for some basic bitch help desk position, which is what I was seeking yet so many kept asking for levels of experience unfeasible for said position. Also heard that said untenable requirements are a filter in and of itself. Apparently one's supposed to ignore that and apply anyway.
Interviews I feel would be hell. I'm not a good liar face to face and don't get me started on "where do you see yourself in x years" or "what are your strengths and weaknesses". I really do find it (nearly) impossible short of being a mind reader. Or not autistic.
