     But if you clock in more than fifteen minutes early it doesn't count. Really fucked with the older employees that show up thirty minutes early.

     Ironically, I've, as an employee in the past, expressed disagreement with the entire "lunch break" thing.

     Modern megacorps and even some of the middle players have a thousand unreasonable rules that they don't care about until they want to fire someone.
     
     Said somewhere else it was because he was clocking in too late. Don't know if they means he was clocking in late, or if he was not clocking in during their special designated time. One company I worked for demanded you wait until fifteen minutes til to clock in, then when people got there early would wait and forget.
     
     It was always on purpose.

     Boss got fired today, he was a damn good guy, he was the only reason I stayed at the company after they cut my pay. He managed 3 departments with no help and got fired for asking for a raise, he's got 4 kids and might get kicked out of his apartment, I wish I could help him but I'm broke until payday. It's fucked man.
