     @coolboymew If you think the cover is bizarre, you should read the actual comics.

     Is he known? Well, I don’t personally know anyone who knows him or his work, but Fantagraphics regularly publishes him, and he lives in California with his wife and kid (according to Wikipedia. Also, he has a Wikipedia page that is more than a stub), so I guess he must be. He’s “critically acclaimed”, that’s for sure.
