   It's fine to be ignorant. We all learn new things every day. Yes, child trafficking for adoption purposes is a pretty big problem in EU. I wouldn't be able to say if it surpasses or not child trafficking for sex & prostitution, but it's still a big enough problem to be taken very seriously.

Clearly in the middle of an Israeli ground invasion Hamas is spending their precious resources trafficking Israeli hostages for adoption in Europe. Instead of keeping them as... hostages. Don't worry he's just smarter than you and knows better, and definitely isn't completely ignoring the stated purpose of the posters for the sake of argument.

     It doesn't need to. People know this is a concern and a possibility. This is always the case for child kidnappings, no matter the situation in which it happens.
