This is why monarchies were the system of government that won out initially, you're just forcing random people to do it based on their parents. They're trained on proper leadership growing up so it's not like they're unqualified at that point

     Also while I'm at it: presidents should be 30-40 years old. Mature enough to know how the world works, but not old enough to not give a shit about the future. You'll have someone precisely in the generation before who can know the changes to ensure the next generation is better
