Large scale airstrikes and the promise of an impending ground invasion by Israel. Iran making threats that it an its allies will intervene if this continues. The US and its politicians tripping over themselves to fund and support this as well as go after people that speak out against it (see recent events in Florida or what's happening at Harvard). Other militant groups gearing up to start attacks in the Middle East. Meanwhile Ukraine and Russia are sill at it. China is waving is cock in the face of Taiwan. North Korea is saber rattling while the most recently elected South Korean President had previously said he wanted nukes placed in SK because fuck the north (not joking, reminds me of Castro's mindset in the 60s that spooked both the Russians and the US).
The 20s have and are continuing to be pure shit. Economic instability, pandemic, lockdowns, war, civil tensions in numerous nations, immigration problems. I don't know if all those who speculated about cyclical history are right but it sure sort of feels like it. Not sure if it's stupid people in positions of power making bad decisions, if the balance of the world is off kilter and so people are setting into motion a larger scale war in hopes of resetting it, some cosmic plan, or what. I think most people, regardless of their political and personal beliefs, just want to be left the fuck alone to prosper and have families. It's a shame that the moronic faggots running things just can't let that happen.

@Jim the US has been ruled for two decades by people who don't take failure as a refutation. Without a basic corrective impulse, like a sense of shame, like a feeling that "since I've completely destroyed an entire country, I should do something else for a living", you're just guaranteed to go astray. Nobody can make good decisions all the time, but people who can't process their own bad decisions are absolutely lethal and should be filtered out before getting the *first* war that they wanted.
