Roman Trojan origin is possible but the Trojans were nowhere near Palestine. Minoans may have helped spawn the Philistines, similar to the way the Phoenicians spawned the Carthaginian civilisation. Ancient Minoans are extremely similar to modern day Greeks. The Spartan connection is unlikely, in my view, and small even if it were true.
