My perpetual fear of vendor-lock had me thinking about ways to embed bug/feature tracking into a git repo itself. It turns out someone has already done that: Michael Mure with git-bug. On my cursory glance it looks pretty interesting. It even bridges to some other systems like GitHub and GitLab (but not Gitea yet from what I can tell). Any people on the fediverse use this for real?
