     @arstechnica 100% that Apple does is marketing.
     They could easily start environment friendly Brand like iPhone Eco something like that to compete with a features of the fairphone.

     But they won't. They are too busy making money ...

     @arstechnica I generally dislike the notion of carbon credits as it creates too many openings for cheats, even if a well meaning business leader intends the best to follow their spirit. I understand completely why the EU gives them side eye. I don’t think Apple even used the same term.
