@MasterSimper@Calvin@sickburnbro@Moon@coolboymew Yeah they went thru that in the trial, they said he was an addict and had resistance to the drugs. The prosecution said it was a safe level for him, defense argued there is no safe level of tthese drugs. Another interesting thing is if someone ODs with downers they have to give them adrenalin but that can cause a heart attack if they're on uppers, and the drugs they give to bring people down from upper ODs will stop a heart if someone ODs from downers.
They just played the video of him freaking out and got the jury to ffixate on that. God help any of us if we hahave to face a jury of our 'peers' we're fucked.
@Calvin@JustJohnny@Moon@coolboymew@sickburnbro gg phone postung bad. 11 ng/ml and its broken down form of norfentanyl at 5.6nl/ml at tine of the autopsy. I cant into O chem for metabolic breakdown, but 11 ng/ml is still a lethal dosage. Along with he was on other respiratory depressants, he basically couldnt breathe correctly ie respiratory arrest and which led to his cardiac arrest. Cops are stupid but soneone breathing and talking could fool alot of untrained people as thier airway is patent. Include stressors from getting arrested, and already greased up arteries he was gonna die from a heart attack pretty soon. Knee was just icing on the cake, probably all it did in contributing to his death was increase his already agitated state. https://youtu.be/cKOD-Nh80_0
This literally took a month to get the notification lmao
IIRC he was also diagnosed with COVID too
Dude was saying he couldn't breath at some point during the entire arrest, but then threw a tantrum in the police car, so they probably didn't think it was credible, as the dude was completely drugged out of his mind during the entire arrest, could barely even respond
