     hard to imagine a comparatively dangerous thing, that 99.99999% of the users of that thing use it in the wrong way but which, could in principle be used for a legitimate reason
     
     like you could, in principle, use pornhub for funny non porn videos
     i've seen a few
     
     but everyone knows what pornhub is used for, even if technically it *could* be used for something else
