   I forgot to mention I got a new job, an even better Italian restaurant. I'm beginning to dig it, it's a really good crew, good food and the owner seems really generous. They also split tips to the cooks and employee beers after work are 2 dollars.
   
   They even have veal here and fresh clams.

     Yeah, server screwed up and I got to eat some veal parmesan the other day, it's very tender and light.

     Yeah we have veal cutlets and they get eggwash and flour/spice mix, pan fried in butter and served with melted parmesan cheese or marsala wine sauce, sides are pasta or polenta.
