If you're trying to use the Nokia 3410 SDK and it's decided to stop rendering the screen:
Delete the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Nokia\3410 SDK" and it'll fix.

Possibly works on Win98 and Win10* Initially acquired from the source full of viruses, now all viruses removed, and actually several emulation bugs eradicated (apparently viruses affected the emulation)original setup files: https://archive.org/details/nokia-3410-sdk-original-setup.exeMirrored for Github issue on MAME's repofor src/mame/drivers/nokia_3310.cpp you say "if anybody has solid information to aid in the emulation of this (or other phones) please contribute". I think this is something that can really help. There is the barely-not-dead, functioning Nokia 3410 SDK available online. Please be careful, as other versions online tend to contain viruses.

  This emulator is great. I keep crashing it (by typing too much) and then I have to restart it, which means deleting the registry key and resetting the settings and re-typing the text

  this phone has a bunch of non-english characters but I'm not gonna track them all down because the emulator keeps crashing every 80 characters or so, so I'm not gonna exhaustively search unicode

  @foone oooh, once upon a time I knew the storage method and format of fonts on Nokia DCT3-class phones (like the 3310 and 3410, but also 5110 and 6110)... I wonder if I can dig that up
