it is about signal not acknowledging signal isnt secure/private if the OS or the keyboard app isnt.

thats imo just out of scope. signal cant teach you proper behaviour. if u let someone shoulder surf all the time it isnt private too.

Mastodon was never meant to be private/secure. So criticizing people falsely advertising it is more valid imo
