   @LukeAlmighty I've heard Edge of Tomorrow is good but I haven't seen it (although I think that's a manga adaptation, along with Alita). Honestly I really liked Ghost in the Shell, fuck the haters.

     Pacific rim.
     Obviously, it's not an adaptation of any particular anime, but the mecha genre was translated flawlessly.
