Having known people who dressed like this, the type of person that does this is a highly unstable individual. She's broken taboos already by getting tattoos and piercings and hair dye and colored contacts. Her existence is centered around searching for ways to become a bigger problem, and then she'll make those problems your problems. You can't separate it from "muh liberals" and "muh degeneracy", because it's intrinsic to the behavior.

I get the pretty colors draws them in, but the really fucked up thing is that men LIKE fixing problems (it makes them feel useful), so her behavior taps into their most basic paternal instincts like some kind of a parasite. Men need to learn to ignore the monkey brain every once in a while.
