     @wgiwf @givenup @Big_Richard I think there is more to it than that. To assume that the natural order is automatically better is to deny human advancement. Why invent a house when the natural order is to sleep outside or in a cave? Why invent a cup when the natural order is to drink straight out of a stream? If we can invent ways to improve our natural existence, we tend to do so, that is in our human nature. Pointing to failed artificial social structures doesn't mean a successful one can't be made.
     
     And actually neither trads nor futurists are in favor of "natural order." Christianity often asks us to overcome sinful nature in the interest of higher causes, nature is not our master. Fascism is always a progressive ideology.

     @MeBigbrain @wgiwf @givenup @Big_Richard Comparing the creation of useful tools to deliberately monkeying with human genetics is an apples-to-oranges comparison. Really, the most eugenic thing to ever happen was the Catholic church telling our ancestors to stop fucking their first cousins, and giving them a taste for the gallows.
     
     All the "eugenics" we need these days is to induce meaningful struggle from a young age, and to screen for genetic disabilities on a case-by-case basis.
