I know things are hectic, but I hope you guys are doing alright. Make sure to take care of yourselves, keep up on your exercise and physical fitness, and take the time to feel grateful for what you do have, including your family who are still around.
Things can feel "normal" to the point where you forget to appreciate the good things, but you're doing yourself a disservice by taking the positive for granted. Take a moment to dwell on the good, and say a prayer of thanks for it.
You'll appreciate it more if you do, and that's the benefit.
