   also interesting that some of these cities have populations the size of european countries yet you barely hear about them in english language media

     the entirety of guangdong province seems interesting, you have a once-cantonese dominated area now flush with mandarin-speaking millenials and zoomers all coming because of the economic opportunities it presents
