That isnt' to say that any person who believes communism may have some utility is necessarily a religious zealot, but there are plenty of people who can't see the world outside of a communism vs capitalist lens and think all of the world's problems would be solved if we could just enforce global communism.

     I think that is disingenuous and blurs what things actually are further. Religion requires faith of the unseeable, you can see the results of communism or capitalism. At a macro level things are nothing of what they seem though. We ignore the things we do not want to admit and throttle the things that offend us.
     
     That is where we need to have this be rational not irrational like religion since it governs so many lives. That is part of the problem.

     The rational person would say to blend the elements of all that is needed for specific purpose would be far more objective.
     
     Military is largely communist, NFL is too, MLB is capitalist, Central banking is socialism, goes on and on. To say one or the other is perfect is fucking stupid.
     
     In fact NFL was largely successful from the communist aspect of making them all the same experience and distributing glory. That makes it exciting where as baseball is who has the most money. NFL equally distributes and the loser gets first pick.

     I agree with you that distilling things down to single word euphemisms isn't particularly useful if your goal is to inspire debate and/or solve problems. If you're just making a shitpost I think it's fine. I think the issue of economic policy is something that needs voluntary participation and should generally be limited in scale. It's when the scale leaves no room for alternatives that things get fucky.

     Hockey and soccer. The two sports where you need extreme endurance (100% balls out energy for hockey for each "shift" on the ice) and the entire game can flip in the last few seconds.
     
     Plus no bullshit games playing with the "clock". Nothing makes more furious than having to watch that nonsense.

Not everything has to be serious, comedy has been a great example of this in the past... giving us a chance to examine difficult topics through laughter. I think of shitposting as similar, especially when it is done well.
