     @natsock The english version makes it sound like she's cool with the Queen's acts of genocide while the entire point of the original is that she's disturbed by it. Her changing sides shortly after makes way more sense with the JP script.

     I don’t see the problem in the Beatrix speech, it’s the same meaning stated differently. The scene in the OP is famously bad, though.

     Seems like an ok localization (as far as these things go) except for a handful of scenes getting butchered like these two

     @natsock I'd agree with you if not for the backseat line. That throws off the entire scene and makes it seem like her concern is a matter of pride rather than morals.
     Of course if you assume it is a simple mistake it is pretty understandable and I can't fault them too much.

     @LittleTom The implication is that her troops would have been more humane. It’s not as clear as the Japanese, granted.
