mysteries of waking up to a 9/10 piercing pain that immediately ends when i wake up and think the thought "why am i in pain, this makes no sense, this is fake news"and in a millisecond it ends

is it my brain fabricating a response to me getting my arm blow off or chest stabbed in a dream, and the pain overstaying it's welcome? Or is the dream merely "explaining" the feeling of pain by immediately fabricating an explanation for pain that my body really feels from a valid somatic source

@niuulianov my assumption is that my pain s are fake news and it's cause having that type of pain normally while awake is very rare in comparison to the dream pain occurrence rarity
But maybe I'm very pain resistant and my 1-2 out of 10 pain while awake is just unfiltered while sleeping, is the counter argument

@lebronjames75 @niuulianov are phantom pains real? What about emotional pain? That's real enough to cause many people to end their own lives, but unfortunately for them, there's no evidence it ever existed. Almost as if it wasn't real at all.
