     @MechaSilvio You'd take out long options on USD/ILS FX Spot (going long on USD, short on shekel).
     
     A funnier way to short the shekel would be to take out a loan in shekels, convert everything to USD, wait for the shekel to devalue, then convert back to shekels and pay off the loan and then pocket the difference.
