So it's becoming apparent that Israel can't push HAMAS back, but that doesn't mean HAMAS is going to win, though I hope they do. But this has a good chance of being a persistent open conflict in Israel. This would mean constant open begging by jews to US politicians. It would also mean that many in the Arab world see how the jews treat Palestinian civilians and start to come together against them.

@NotImportant If Israel does nothing, Tel Aviv burns. If Israel takes action to wipe out Hamas or begins sieging Gaza, the damage will irreparable and Israel will never secure another Arab ally again. This is quite something.
