     @buttplugio @doomsdayrs that's always been a Google thing. Like back in the day I maintained some website where the original developer didn't know JS so they used GWT, which is a framework that let's you write Java code and transpile it into JS for deployment.

     @foone I was talking to @doomsdayrs about this last night and they informed me exactly how all platforms it is and I'm still processing this information. I was still in "oh yeah it's a jvm deal" land.

     Like, transpiling to js? Really?
