I'm not familiar enough with VPN providers to recommend one sorry. I personally wouldn't rely on one for very illegal or sensitive things, but that may not apply to you, so a VPN service might be fine. depends who you want privacy from

@lelouchebag on general internet anonymity technologies, my favorite are the ones that separate the down/up links. sending packets with a spoofed source address, and passively collecting response packets
Russian CNE actors use satellite internet connections for this. NSA/CyberCom has a similar system, but instead of satellite connections they use their access to ISP/backbone routes

@niggy What VPN did you use for your hacking? I currently have a scam VPN hosted in south america and most of their clientele are hackers, so they straight-up refuse to snitch since it'd kill their business
