     Sorry to hear this is happening!

     This sounds like quite a rare or new problem, haven't heard of it before.

     Are you using an app or using your server's website?

     Okay, that's the official app.

     You might want to try a third party app instead. They tend to have more features anyway.

     On iPad you could try Ice Cubes or Toot! or Ivory, for example?
