      That's a tad hard without knowledge. the question is if I want every page being the same layout or not. I want a solid basic layout. I also believe there's some sort of neo-frame thing where I can just have the content load in the middle part, without actually using frames (because frames are awful https://hawaii1999.neocities.org )

      I'm trying to find something that looks like an old french Card Captor Sakura website called Sakura Community, the design was late 2000s-ish and it was so solid, holy shit, but I can't find anything like it, otherwise

      @coolboymew @pip Luke Smith did a very basic video about HTML and CSS some years ago, it's like 15 minutes long. It's very basic but that was more than enough for my website, I'd recommend watching it if you don't know how to start
