     @vaartis @icedquinn i mean, i understand that 'no-reply' means 'there is no inbox here'. what grinds my gears is that for most of these emails, there are tons of situations where i would like to reply, and i have to go out of my way to look up a contact email address to do so.

     @lain @icedquinn well, since you can actually send emails with whatever name-before-@ you want without actually having an inbox there, it's probably a good idea to somehow indicate that there is no inbox there since the message wouldn't be delivered anyway

     @lain @icedquinn i assume it's because everyone uses some other support ticket systems that don't work well with replying to an email or something like that. It is stupid, but it seems that's how it is.
