It's a DEI conference that aims to exclude me on the basis of my sex because the people in it know they can't compete with me without that kind of discrimination. If you want me to stop pointing out that you are discriminating against me, then stop discriminating against me. It's that simple.

I don't have to discriminate against you. That's the thing. You view sex-neutral and race-neutral practices as discrimination against you because you know you can't compete with white men like myself without handicapping. You're terrified someone like me might take away your training wheels because if we do, you would fall off the bike immediately.
