     9/20: barely able to run two 400m laps after #BreastCancer treatment plus rehab
     9/21: ran #MuddyAngel, cried happy tears
     9/22: COVID + abrasion for side effects of meds = no running, even walking was hard
     9/23: just did 10k for lunch, just because
