still undecided on what to watch this season decisions decisions
-
@romin I'm watching almost everything so just ask
-
@coolboymew recommend me good stuff?
-
@romin It's still quite early, only 1 ep for most things, but
Sousou no Frieren - AOTS material, Mad house did it again, etc (4 eps premiere, be warned)
Ragna Crimson - If you like edgy shounen bullshit (double eps premiere)
Shangri-La Frontier - It's looking like to be the next SAO so far, without the edge everyone hate
Migi to Dali - From the Sakamoto desu ga? author, and it's as stylist and ridiculous as it. May she rest in peace. Will probably be a full adaptation
For the rest I might need more eps to decide, like for SHY and plenty of stuff that still haven't started
Avoid:
Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou - Worst budget I've seen in awhile. As a sourcefag, for once, I'm pretty mad about this
-
@birdulon @romin eh?
-
@coolboymew @romin This show opens with a skeletal, necromantic demon lord staring down an overwhelming force bent on destroying him. He opts to reincarnate far into the future, then finds himself in the body of a seemingly powerless young boy in mortal danger. A bishoujo points a weapon at him, dies, and he raises her as a vampire, thinking she will be useful to him as a guide in this strange new world of technology.
-
@birdulon @romin oh? Which?
-
@coolboymew @romin We have a Rakudai Kishi vs Asterisk War situation this season :ablobwink:
-
@coolboymew @romin Seiken Gakuin no Maken Tsukai, though it mixed things up by airing with the second cour of Dead Mount Death Play instead of the first one
-
@birdulon @romin that wasn't even on my radar, unless the ecchi ends up godly or something
Dead Mount Death Play was actually PRETTY DAMN GOOD for how slow it was. It was actually well written and switched up between the different competing factions really well. So S2 is one to look forward to
-
@coolboymew I'll probably watch frieren and some stuff on the backlog.
-
@coolboymew @romin Dead Mount Death Play was so good that I started rewatching Durarara with my otouto in the last 3 months. I'm still trying to not get my hopes up on endings with this author but the ride is just too good every time.
-
@birdulon @romin it's rare that such slow burn has me absolutely glued to my couch with interest
-
@coolboymew @birdulon adding this one too, it better be good
