   An organization called Seabed 2030 is attempting to map the seafloor. They say this will help communities plan for tsunamis, storm surges and rising shorelines. The global map is currently just 24.9% complete, so Seabed 2030 is turning to crowdsourcing to help complete the job. Here's how that could work, and why some governments are resistant to the endeavor.
