     These kinds of accounts are unofficial automated repeaters of Twitter accounts, they automatically repost anything on a particular Twitter account.

     They usually have a server that starts with "bird" something, in this case bird.makeup, and it's a reference to their function as Twitter bots.

     The idea is to let people who are outside Twitter follow you on Twitter.

     However, many servers don't allow unauthorised reposting and you can ask your server admin to block them.

     It is a bit strange and creepy, I'm not a fan of this approach at all!

     I guess someone set up the account who followed you on Twitter?

     By the way, a much better system is Nitter, where you are viewing the Twitter account through a privacy-friendly front end (more info at https://nitter.net/about) and there's no weird duplicate accounts anywhere.
