   @Shadowman311 Honestly, the first few times this was presented to me THIS is what came to mind unbidden, I had to ‘manually’ bring up the apple image. Font was more serif-y, though.

   Still not sure if being a text-based thinker was better or worse than vacuum-tube NPCs.

     @reloadedAK @Shadowman311 I can visualize just fine, my natural state is just thinking in words. I was reading pretty early in life so I just figured I gravitated towards it as an OS.

     Thinking in pictures seems nigged in comparison.

     @RMIV @reloadedAK @Shadowman311 I had a roommate who literally didn’t think in speech, said he basically didn’t think at all. He was reportedly like a sim character, a little glass of water would pop into his head and he would go get a drink.

     Guess we’ll suss all this out once our Neuralink™ lets us share our mental telemetry to see who’s really the smartest

     @Turdicus @RMIV @reloadedAK @Shadowman311 He was indeed a brown man from 3rd world stock, and it baffled me as much as you. I don’t think he even pictured it, TBH. I think he just…..lived. Like a dog.

     It’s a groundbreaking lesson in my life.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @reloadedAK @Shadowman311 I can imagine what it's like to mainly experience thought in one mode, but it feels unnatural. When I "think" about "apple", "apple" is its word, its concept, its sight, its texture, its weight, taste, smell, relations to other things, etc. all at the same time. None of these are dominant unless and until what assembles in thought uses that aspect of "apple".

     @wan @reloadedAK @Shadowman311 If someone’s asking me then I don’t even think about the concept as much as I try to impatiently cut to the chase and figure out why they want me to picture an apple, where they’re going with it, and what kind of apple they want me to generate for them.

     Dealing w/ people is just running a virtual machine of normies from one minute to the next to figure out how to handle them best

     I think people hate being alone with their thoughts because their mental desk is empty without constant stimuli to fill it
