   Anime and videogames face a new threat: a more complicated invoice system will be required for calculating due consumption tax. The situation is serious enough that some voice actors and animators believe that they will go out of business due to newly required invoice system.

     As someone else said, the invoice system makes it harder for mangaka, animators, and seiyuu to remain anonymous while working on projects, which makes them vulnerable to cancellation by twittards
