Interesting. I get this post, but when I go digging up the original paper it seems the abstract doesn’t match. There’s always been a drive to prove there’s no difference between the genders in flight safety (a lie IME, but not just from the gender aspect) but it wouldn’t surprise me if they just lie in the abstracts

Germanon was tasked with running a study to prove diverse teams did better. They did worse, of course, but he had to massage the data by making up a bunch of imaginary qualitative metrics towards that ends.
