True. Put it in there name with living rights or in a trust long before you die. I think that is how ya get around it. so I've been told. It's been a minute before I looked into it. -

Taxation rate sometimes goes up BUT, it becomes immune from Medicaid or other things related to you as a person. State law has to allow for it though.
