I kinda hate when a JRPG tells me how to play it. The time limit and the limited actions you have to do, you can't ignore your party members and do whatever the fuck you want. You reached the top of a floor too early? Lol, get stuck here for 10 days grinding. Wait, you don't want to grind but check the ongoing relationship stories? You can't do that you're gonna screw yourself over
@Tsuki@coolboymew It even lets you choose between EN/JP voice acting, though this particular game is one of the few things where I actually prefer the English voices. They sound like they're higher fidelity than the JP ones too, for some reason.
@coolboymew Persona 3 is an amazing game. The bosses are more like SMT where assembling the right team of demons is the best way to win as opposed to focusing all of your attention on the strongest demon. Story is also very good, and the cast of characters are underrated IMO.
The cuts to P3P are extreme. I played it originally with the FES edition on emulator and I think that's probably the best way to play it. I thought being able to directly control party members trivialised the combat in P3P
